 What we're looking for:

• Manage the semi-monthly global payroll for over 1,000 employees including reconciliation of payroll prior to submission and validating post-submission reports
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed timely and accurately
• Identify, research and resolve day to day payroll issues
• Design, build and maintain key payroll controls
• Responsible for reviewing and auditing annual tax filings; including W2 forms
• Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)
• Experience with month end close process and reconciliation of payroll accounts
• Manage new State payroll tax registrations and collaborate with tax team on payroll tax issues
• Maintain strong and productive relationships with HR team, Finance, Legal and other internal stakeholders

About You

• 7+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or relevant experience
• Process improvement mentality
• Strong systems knowledge, including the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Excellent Excel, strong communication and analytical skills
• Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
