This is a virtual diversity hiring event for companies to tap into a difficult-to-reach, technical professional talent pool ready to return to work after a career break. The first day of conference is designed for speaking sessions. We will have leaders across the industry share their commitment to diversity and inclusion and why it matters to them. You will also hear from career coaches, returners who have climbed the corporate ladder after multiple career breaks and many more inspiring sessions. See agenda for more details. The second day is dedicated to the job fair. You will be able to meet hiring managers to discuss the jobs you’ve applied for. Similarly, recruiters will be able to reach out to you for the first round of screening through text, audio, or video capability.
