Freshworks is seeking a well-rounded Program Manager who is self-driven, compassionate, and ambitious, with a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives specifically in digital and web space such as website, email, and social media. You will have a tremendous impact across the entire digital ecosystem of Freshworks by optimizing productivity and nurturing program success from inception to completion. In addition, the role will actively partner in managing stakeholder expectations, leading cross-functional teams, proactive process improvements, and overseeing a portfolio of digital initiatives while building trust and engagement with internal partners and stakeholders.
Provide strong leadership

● Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. Drive creation, and on-going management of digital design roadmap accounting for all the interlocks with cross-functional roadmaps
● Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Use a metrics and research-driven approach to analyze, create, and evangelize design and experience strategy to internal and external partners
Responsibilities:
● Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives, along with proactive risk/issue/constraint management
● Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
● Management and delivery of our end-to-end digital and web program including roadmap
● Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
● Facilitate digital performance definition at kickoff to ensure assessment, delivery and action on analytics
● Foster close partnerships to effectively partner with Strategy, Business Owners, User Research, Localization & Translation, Development, Analytics, and Brand teams located in India, US, and around the globe
● Collaborate with globally located engineers, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality, cohesive solutions through the entire design process
● Proactive communication style, with an emphasis on maintaining alignment with core program sponsors and partners
● Experience in program managing elements related to E2E digital program - including but not limited to: business requirements, digital design & UX best practices, marketing technology, localization, and analytics
● Exceptional project management skills in shepherding an entire program from kick off to completion
● Ability to connect project to business needs, tracking quantifiable results
● Comfortable speaking with multiple stakeholders at varying levels, ability to synthesize detail project tasks to report up high level accomplishments and risks
● Proactive desire to own and drive projects forward through measurable process, planning and team engagement
● An enthusiastic team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
● Self-starter with high energy, “can do” personality and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Additional Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or a related field
● 8+ years professional experience with at least 2 years in cross-functional program management
● Proven experience developing and managing work back schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks and change requests
● Experience working with many cross functional and global teams is a huge plus
● Proven ability to thrive in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
● Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
● Working knowledge of digital marketing
● Working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
