You will participate on a project team of engineers involved in the development of software for our next gen intent based networking.
Day to day activities will involve: understanding features in a competitive product and proposing solutions that work for our platform, writing functional specifications and test plans, programming, automation, unit and feature testing, helping review specifications and code for other software engineers in the team, and helping documentation team with the configuration aspects of your feature.
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field

• An understanding of any one of the scripting languages such as Python and strong manual testing capabilities.



• You possess a working Knowledge of L2 and L3 technologies. Problem solving capabilities in the realm of Layer 2 to Layer 7.



• You have a background in one or more of following areas Virtualization, Open flow, Cloud technologies, Intelligent network Services and Large data center Automation/Experience



• You have experience with CPU/Memory Management/IO and Virtualization technologies
• You have a knowledge of the network protocol stack, including L2 switching and IP Routing, TCP/IP
• Prefer strong skills in Python/Perl scripting
• Problem solving attitude and out of box thinking
• Experience in designing complex systems for scale and high availability
• Quality focused
