We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Program Manager to join the rapidly growing Americas Marketing & Sales Programs team at Citrix. The Marketing & Sales Program Manager will partner closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to assist in the planning, development, execution, and ongoing optimization of focused programs designed to help achieve the pipeline and revenue targets for all segments across the Americas. In this role, you will build knowledge of the programs, objectives, pipeline, and revenue impact while working with cross functional teams to innovate and execute so we continue driving relevancy to customers and prospects. You will manage all aspects of a program, from planning and budgeting through to execution, and will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, communicating, and optimizing these programs across the segments within the Americas.  

This role requires a savvy, data-driven marketer with experience in working closely with the sales organization and who also has a revenue-oriented mindset and good business acumen. Successful candidates are exceptional communicators and collaborators that understand how to connect with sales, marketing, and other business stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities

 

Partner with Sales and Marketing to design specific programs targeting customers and prospects, establish brand equity, increase customer engagements, generate qualified leads, progress deals to close, and strengthen long-term relationships 

Create and execute marketing programs, including but not limited to email, social, digital, webinars, and in-person or virtual events 

Execute sales programs which aid in ongoing prospecting efforts across all segments in the Americas  

Coordinate all pre and post event activities, including targeting definition, audience acquisition, messaging, content and demos, speaker and staffing plans, and onsite event coordination when appropriate 

Oversee vendors and agencies required for program coordination, content, collateral, promotional items and more 

Prepare and monitor program budget and related tasks, including purchase order (PO) administration and tracking  

Manage complex programs in a project/work management tool; maintain calendar of programs running 

Track, analyze, and optimize program results and ROI by evaluating weekly, monthly, and yearly progress against forecasted KPIs  

Regularly communicate program plans, objectives and progress to Sales and other customer-facing teams  

Keep a pulse on segment-specific needs, opportunities, and gaps, advocating for the segment’s requirements across corporate marketing that build messaging, content and brand or demand programs 

 
Qualifications 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills  

  • Exceptional collaborator with proven ability to work across functional areas/departments and all management and peer levels 

  • Strong project/program management and organizational skills and follow-through, with emphasis on meeting critical deadlines 

  • Proven experience using quantitative and qualitative data to drive fact-based recommendations and decisions  

  • Self-learner with a powerful desire to grow and excel in their role 

  • Highly adaptable individual interested in working for a fast-paced, ever-evolving tech company  

 

Requirements  

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related degree; Master’s degree a plus 

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, B2B technology industry experience a plus 

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams), familiarity with collaborative work or project management tools a plus 

  • Ability to navigate and generate insights from data, Salesforce, or other CRM data knowledge a plus 

  • Familiarity with marketing and sales program measurement and analysis  

  • Ability to travel to field events
