The office of the CPO is hiring for a leader to facilitate connection points among all existing training groups supporting the product team - including with the commercial bank academy team, internal product training team, and many others. This role will project manage and champion all aspects of learning and development as related to the product team - including developing an upskilling roadmap for current employees, rolling out net new trainings, launching competency systems, tracking training KPIs, and more. Will serve as connective tissue among various L&D groups- including internal product, commercial bank, technical, and more. This will require coordination among multiple groups and ability to create a future-looking plan on which the candidate will execute.

 The team will be led by the product Chief of Staff, working closely with the CPO and admin manager.

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

• Develop L&D goals & holistic educational curriculum
• Assess all outstanding learning and development initiatives and prepare a future-looking strategic roadmap with KPIs, timelines, and objectives. 
• Curriculum includes creating plan for cohort-based learning, developing criteria for approval of external training resources, developing policies around degree reimbursement, and comprehensive reskilling plan for existing employees
• Execute on roadmap by project managing all streams to completion 
• Partner with groups across and outside of the product organization to advance curriculum 
• Create content, pilot, roll out, monitor, ensure option, monitor behavior change / feedback loops - user feedback on what's going well
• Manage & coordinate monthly people manager trainings, among others
• Execute cross-team sessions (for example, joint Tech-Product meetings) for knowledge sharing 
• Propose & launch new initiatives such as external speaker series, case studies
