To support SVB’s ongoing growth and talent needs, we are adding multiple Recruiting Coordinator roles to our U.S. Talent Acquisition team. This role can be based in Arizona or California
As part of the RC team, you will provide critical service to our TA team by supporting candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and other stakeholders. RCs are responsible for supporting and enabling a positive candidate experience throughout the end-to-end interview process. You will be part of a centralized TA team but be aligned to recruiters in specific functions and/or regions.
Partner with the recruiter, hiring manager, interviewers and candidate on setting up interviews
Coordinate availability, including meeting details
Prioritize incoming requests against current workload
Provide timely communication to stakeholders throughout the process as appropriate
Be a primary point of contact for candidates
Manage ad-hoc issues such as scheduling conflicts, delays, and rescheduling
Ensure compliance with all established processes and procedures
Partner with broader TA team on other items as needed to support an efficient recruitment process, e.g., assist in formatting and maintaining job descriptions
Act as an ambassador of SVB and ensure a strong employer-of-choice brand
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in interview or scheduling coordination in a fast-paced, growth environment
At least 2 years of work experience in a customer support, coordination or similar role
Experience within Human Resources and/or Recruiting preferred, or a demonstrated career interest in these areas
Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
Client-focused and customer-centric attitude and aptitude
Ability to identify solutions independently and make sound business decisions
Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, Zoom, and the ability to learn new technology tools
Experience working with Workday Recruiting or any other Applicant Tracking Systems/Recruiting system is preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information and adhere to applicable security and privacy policies
