• Work with teams to build cloud hosted, automated pipelines that run and monitor ML Models for business applications in an agile manner
• Enhance and improve the code deployment and model monitoring frameworks and project operations documentation
• Support life cycle management of deployed ML apps life cycle management (e.g. new releases, change management, monitoring and troubleshooting)
• Work as subject matter expert for app user base (e.g. maintain user guides, release notes, FAQs)
• Build processes supporting app monitoring, troubleshooting, life cycle management and customer support
• Cultivates innovation by proactively proposing new ideas to deliver business value more effectively.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Computational Statistics, Data Science or related technical field or equivalent; Master’s Degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years hands-on experience as DevOps or Infrastructure engineer automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience in languages like Python, Java and Scala.
• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with AWS technology stack
• 2+ years of professional experience in ML and data engineering
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, using Terraform, or other tools.
• Experience developing cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as Jenkins, Code Deploy (AWS) and/or Git
• Basic knowledge of containers and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and/or Docker
• Good knowledge of Bash and Unix command line toolkit
• Experience in MLOps using at least one of the popular frameworks or platforms (e.g., Kubeflow, AWS Sagemaker, DataRobot).
• Experience with scalable orchestration and configuration management (CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring and log aggregating frameworks such as Splunk, Grafana, etc.
• Experience in insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience with Algorithmia.
