Job Summary

Agile Dev Team Members have collective responsibility for the design, development, testing and/or deployment of system functionality. Agile Dev Team Member II with primarily a development discipline provides technical feasibility using basic coding methods and adheres to coding standards to ensure consistent style and format. Ensures systems are high in code and component quality, and are easily modified to support future requirements with support and guidance of more senior developers or architects. 

Essential Job Functions

• Working with the Salesforce platform including Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Object modeling and APIs (REST, SOAP etc.,); Einstein Analytics, etc.
• Demonstrates understanding to customer needs by interpreting customer needs into viable solutions, providing input into system design.
• Effectively writes and refines user stories, including clear and accurate acceptance criteria.
• Performs detailed impact assessments relating people, processes and/or technology, and estimates user stories using relative sizing of story points. Identifies and raises issues and risks with functional design.
• Partners with the Product Owner to confirm code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality. Executes Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to build in quality. Adapt to timely discuss opportunities for improvement and are responsible for carrying out the execution of improvement stories. 

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Agilist Certification within 180 days of hire required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year as a Agile Dev Team Member I, application development role, in Salesforce platform or 3 + years in a related field required.

Special Skill Requirement

• Working experience in Salesforce platform including Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Object modeling and APIs (REST, SOAP etc.,); Einstein Analytics, etc.
• While the role can be performed remotely the right candidate will need to be available in PST time zone.
