About the Role

PRO Unlimited is looking for an experienced channel marketer to drive growth initiatives for key strategic partners in North America. The successful candidate will bring passion, ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit to the role and will have demonstrated a proven track record of success in driving B2B channel marketing results, preferably within the IT industry. The ideal marketer has strong campaign execution experience in a fast-paced environment, a business-oriented approach to reporting on results of the campaigns and collaborating with partners.

The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring its execution. The candidate will work across organizations including sales, alliances, business development, industry strategy, product management, solutions marketing, digital/creative teams, content, and corporate communications to develop campaign strategies that will drive pipeline for key partnerships.

What You Will Do

  • Create partner-ready demand creation programs designed to drive new opportunities into the pipeline
  • Analyze program results and make recommendations for future improvements
  • Define and manage budget for marketing programs
  • Identify and develop effective marketing and sales collateral for use on the Web site and in campaigns
  • Actively identify opportunities for partner co-marketing activities and secure funding/approvals on those opportunities
  • Responsibility for maintaining and strengthening cross-functional team collaboration and communication. Liaison between sponsors, partner and marketing teams.  Duties include out-bound sponsor updates, manage partner inquiries, conflict resolution.
  • Ensure steady stream of communication from PRO to alliance partners and enable alliances to utilize PRO content and assets in their own communications/campaigns

What You Will Need

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a marketing role including demand generation and channel marketing
  • Successful track record of developing and executing B2B channel marketing programs, inclusive of executive level, and customer-facing programs
  • A strong marketing discipline, cross-functional and proven project management skills to translate ideas into reality with little guidance
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve
  • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understanding of budget management
  • Experience with Email Automation, Marketo preferred
  • Experience with SalesForce.com, preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Some travel required

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
