About the Role

PRO Unlimited is looking for a Content Marketing Manager. This results-oriented role requires an experienced marketing content specialist with the capability to develop engaging content to be used across multiple channels. This person must work quickly and accurately with minimal editorial oversight, and they’re naturally inclined to go to the data to measure whether their content is effective. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned content marketing professional to drive large-scale impact through B2B content strategy, creation, and governance.

What You Will Do

  • Research, ideate, and create content for the marketing funnel with a strong focus on the awareness and consideration stages including, but not limited to: case studies, bylines, infographics, whitepapers, fact sheets, thought leadership, etc.
  • Identify gaps in the marketing funnel and proactively identify opportunities for optimization with content
  • Work cross-functionally to create content that supports go-to-market moments
  • Drive consistency and cohesion of brand and corporate messaging throughout corporate and service lines’ content to engage with external audiences and personas
  • Evaluate new opportunities to educate and nurture new and existing customers
  • Build content strategies and project plans, and manage them from start to finish
  • Drive and manage all design processes related to collateral
  • Develop a clear point of view on the best channels for activation of your content
  • Manage the technology and corporate awards program to drive brand awareness and support sales and client services teams
  • Actively participate in the governance of content assets

What You Will Need

  • 8+ years of experience creating content preferably for B2B software and services companies with expertise in the following areas:
    • leading major content strategy initiatives
    • creating both technical and non-technical content
    • working on a content team in the B2B software and services space
    • creating and managing editorial calendars
    • working with designers and other team members to distill complex processes and ideas into straightforward and actionable content
  • Knowledgeable and experience with multiple content mediums
  • Strong project management skills to drive results
  • A. in Journalism, Marketing, PR, English, Communications, or related field
