About the Role

The Brand Project Manager stewards brand project schedules and drives creative workflow throughout the group. You will run key creative initiatives across the team, tracking project status and project timelines, identifying bottlenecks, scheduling key creative reviews, and ensuring smooth workflow within the group and with all stakeholders.

This person needs to have a strong understanding of our company’s values and understanding our brand and vision. Our ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual whose daily efforts are in line with our company’s growth plans and ambitions.

What You Will Do

  • Communicate and drive project timelines with team from project approval, through strategic development, creative development, and production to completion. 
  • Work with Brand Creative Director and Team to define creative concepting process and structure of reviews, specific to project needs.
  • Facilitate Brand-led creative reviews and all connection points including scope, attendees, location, facilities, materials. Ensure that updates are shared with partners and that project materials are collected and archived. 
  • Work with VP of Strategic Marketing to prioritize and align team on daily, weekly and monthly focus. You have at least five years of experience working with creative teams in an agency environment. Lead brand directives involving corporate store support including signage and special promotions and events 
  • Manage and audit content
  • Support in managing ongoing marketing budget through detailed tracking of all efforts

What You Will Need

  • Your project and time management skills are excellent, you learn quickly, and you can accommodate rapid change. 
  • You can organize information quickly and at a high level to address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward. 
  • You have a deep cultural curiosity and connectedness, including extraordinary communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to remain “ahead of the game” in our brand presence and execution with all things marketing
  • Possesses keen knowledge of partnership marketing principles and has a proven successful execution track-record
  • Current knowledge and experience in all facets of marketing, with strong creative background
  • You understand print, digital and video asset creation, and approval cycles. 
  • You are an inventive and enthusiastic problem solver, at ease with working in a dynamic, highly matrixed organization
  • 3-5+ years marketing experience within a franchising model preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or closely related field
