About the Role

The Analyst position is a critical role within Financial Operations and the Client Financial Operations Management team.  The Analyst has a designated group of clients to focus on and will be the primary point of contact for the Client Services team, or in some cases directly with the client, for financial matters including consolidated invoicing, accrual reporting, cost allocation, system interfaces between companies, and more. The successful Analyst combines the experience and interest in working with numbers, with excellent communication skills to explain them.

What You Will Do

• Apply understanding of GAAP and financial principles to ensure all completed processes support the financial health of assigned client base
• Regularly communicate key client health financial metrics to our internal Client Services leadership team and in partnership with members of the Client Accounting Services management team, work to improve metrics
• Using PRO’s propriety VMS, Wand, validate large sets of data to ensure alignment of financial metrics in line with in depth understanding of client and supplier specific contracts
• Act as a consultative partner to our internal teams and external client partners on operational and financial best practices
• Prepare, review, and submit timely client deliverables – including invoicing, accrual reporting, summary reporting, etc - using an array of business applications
• Consistently evaluate regular processes to implement efficiencies to reduce time spent and ensure adequate controls are in place to support future growth and sustainability
• Partner with the PRO Unlimited Accounting team, as needed, to ensure all outputs of assigned processes are within GAAP guidelines and maintain the expected profit associated to each client as designated by the contract
• Actively work to reduce AR balances by maintaining and creating relationships with client AP/ Financial teams, as well as improve company’s working capital position. Provide regular stakeholder communication on these metrics
• Work in conjunction with internal PRO teams to ensure operational efficiency across the company
• Autonomously manage assigned processes to ensure client SLAs and internal department SLAs/ deadlines are consistently met
• Provide support to the Client Accounting Services team supporting assigned client base by actively participating in regular client check-in discussions to further develop understanding of the entire client. Be prepared and willing to provide support as needed on functions outside of regularly assigned tasks
• Stay apprised of and understand client and PRO related products/services, including working knowledge of client contractual terms and conditions, and service lines provided
• Participate in technical or procedural troubleshooting efforts as needed

• Bachelor’s degree & 1-2 years+ of relevant experience
• High level of proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel (Pivot/Vlookup/IF Statements)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization
• Strong critical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills
