Opportunity Onramps® is a pathway to relaunch your career in the technology industry regardless of your background. We recognize that people do not follow the same path in life or their career. At Workday, we embrace the pause, and the unique perspectives it can provide.
Through our Career Returner program, we provide on-the-job training, mentorship, professional development and a pathway to full time careers for job seekers as they relaunch their careers back into the workforce. This is an immersive 16-week paid program where you’ll make an impact at Workday by engaging in meaningful work, have access to many career growth and skill building opportunities; including networking, training, and ongoing professional development. At the end of the program, participants may also be offered full-time employment by Workday.
To be eligible for the Career Returner program, candidates must have a minimum of three years of prior work experience and a break from their career for at least one and a half years.
