About the Role

 

We are looking for a critical thinker who is meticulous, detailed, and can collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

 

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Compensation Operations and will closely partner with the Compensation Center of Excellence (COE). It will include compensation activities such as annual benchmarking, compensation reviews and recommendations for job offers, internal queries and troubleshooting, data analysis, data audits, systems testing, benchmarking, and the creation of training and enablement for various processes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct benchmarking and analyze market research to develop job profiles, job levels, and pay ranges to maintain the current job architecture and support the strategic growth of the business.

  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on complex job offers and retention needs.

  • Participate in the administration of all recurring compensation processes.

  • Implement meaningful modeling and analysis, as needed, to enable Compensation Partner activities.

  • Lead survey participation and assess market trends.

  • Complete ad-hoc compensation inquiries, activities, analyses, and project support, as needed.

  • Know compensation administration from hands-on experience gained through either in-house program delivery, or from your prior positions at a compensation outsourcing company. You have previously operated and succeeded in this type of compensation delivery model.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration experience.

  • Knowledge of HR functions and how those integrate and enable company operations.

  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize high volume activities, such as stakeholder inquiries or data audits.

  • Understanding of standard methodologies around compensation processes.

  • Experience with data compilation, manipulation, and analytics.

  • Understanding of compensation regulatory requirements.

  • Knowledge of market pricing, job matching, reports management, and systems testing.

  • 3-5 years of Compensation Experience.

  • Must be available to start in May 2022

  • Must have a minimum of three years of prior work experience and a career break for at least one and a half years.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Compensation Experience with a mid to large size company.

  • Experience with the Workday Compensation Module, to include Workday Advanced Compensation and report writing.

  • Experience with case management platforms (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc).

  • Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Suites
