Lyft is looking for an innovative, empathic and visionary leader to co-create our next generation multi-year inclusion and diversity strategy.  This is a unique Sr. Leadership opportunity for candidates who desire to operate as a thought partner and trusted advisor across the business while providing subject matter expertise through consulting and using evidence-based best practices and research to drive results in a dynamic and evolving landscape. The ideal Sr. leader has experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to create and execute candidate pipelines development and diversity hiring strategies from early talent to Director and above levels.  Experience implementing retention and advancement programs, and is excited to pilot new ways of driving impact leveraging workforce data insights while testing experimental approaches that are business-focused and will challenge the status quo to help move beyond conventional thinking.  This Sr. leader will also represent Lyft with multiple external constituencies, participate on internal and external panels/presentations and serve as a spokesperson for the company.   The Head of Inclusion & Diversity, Partnerships and Events will report to the Vice President of Employee Relations, AA/EEO/ Inclusion and Diversity and will manage a talented high performing team of I&D professionals
