We are looking for an experienced and thoughtful Diversity Business Partner to join the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) team. You are an experienced and strategic I&D practitioner who has the expertise to assess organizational gaps and provide consulting/coaching to executive leaders.
The Diversity Business Partner will work with Recruiting, People (HR), Legal, and People Development to integrate inclusion & diversity in company-wide people and talent processes and also implement our I&D strategic pillars across G&A (non-tech) lines of business.
