To enhance the Global Safety and Security (SAS) team, we are looking for an extraordinary GSOC Analyst Supervisor, with an in-depth understanding of the processes and operations of a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). This position reports directly to the GSOC Director and directly supervises GSOC Analysts and associated projects. The GSOC Analyst Supervisor acts as a leader for the real time monitoring, assessment and response to any business disruption pertaining to the protection of the client’s people, assets, and reputation. The GSOC Analyst Supervisor is expected to perform shift briefings, monitor shift health and training requirements, and support a first level “on-call” during incidents that occur after hours. The GSOC Analyst Supervisor is the local point of contact on all processes within the GSOC and directly responsible for identifying and reporting areas needing improvement within policies and procedures. Ensures assertive recruitment of new Intel Analysts and adequate support of new hires in their integration process.
Conducts individual contributors’ performance evaluations and supports them in their performance elevation process.
Leads an agile and accurate content production, product development, and quality assurance.
Proactively defines priorities for in-depth analysis on selected locations relevant to PANW global interests.
Drives innovation and contributes to streamlining the Intel cycle through the development of methodologies and guiding the team through challenging requests.
Up-levels the team's capabilities to strengthen the intelligence function and deliver high-quality assessments for the company’s strategic decision making.
Your Experience
Experience of security analysis and risk assessments of physical security or security operations and planning
Proven ability to accurately draw conclusions by synthesizing raw data and information from multiple, unrelated sources into a finished comprehensive product
Ability to identify and solve complex problems and carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision, at times under adverse and stressful conditions
Availability to work on emergency situations during off-hours and if necessary, for an extended period of time
Ability to build the workplace program with growth and change in mind. Capable of leading the efforts to differentiate our offices from other companies, from the perspective of both customers and employees.
Understand and advise the company as it relates to matters of compliance, efficiency and industry standards.
Comfortable enough to constantly adapt to the terrain and circumstances of a fast-paced environment.
Thorough understanding of relevant products and vendors

Education
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education, and experience in information / cyber security, computer systems, IT, etc
