Job Description

The IT team at Palo Alto Networks is looking for a Senior Sales GTM  Business Analyst- NPI.

You will apply an open communication and collaborative style and lead by example, being both customer-centric and service-minded, able to interact with end-users, executives, analysts, and technical colleagues – creating consensus and clear strategy where appropriate.

Your Impact

 

  • Responsible for the developing Quoting/ordering experience of the  New product launch and new offer 

  • Develop, document and measure end to end process using process flows

  • Develop quoting and ordering system requirements to support the product managers

  • Identify/Research end to end current state processes, pain points to illustrate the impact Sales organization as a whole.

  • You will be owning testing/certifying the end product that will be used by Sales team 

  • You will be developing  “How to Use Guides” and collateral to be used by the Sales team 

  • Your business process and analytical skills will be instrumental in helping PANW scale globally aligned sales buying  processes

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 6+ years of relevant experience working in the Quote to cash space with the  breadth of experience in developing process flows, analysis and documentation

  • Worked extensively in the quoting platform preferably Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce platform 

  • Proven track record of analyzing complex processes and driving execution of  those improvements

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Superlative collaboration mindset – this is a highly cross-functional role
