Role Summary

Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air are seeking an Associate Partner or Partner to join the Talent Acquisition team. This team supports the business by finding and selecting the best talent to deliver remarkable experiences to our guests. This will include life-cycle sourcing and recruiting activities, supporting multiple lines of business to identify and attract top talent to fill open positions and create vibrant talent pipelines.

Key Duties

  • In the entry level under daily supervision, you will manage the recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing and selection for a single line of business.
  • In the intermediate level you will manage the full-life cycle of requisitions from source to hire for multiple lines of business.

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills

Entry Level

Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related area, or 2 years of human resources, recruiting, administrative, or customer service experience in lieu of degree.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software; ATS, CRM, event management and other screening/scheduling automation software.
  • Ability to be collaborative with Talent Acquisition staff and accountable to shared goals.
  • Moderate travel may be required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Intermediate Level

Required

  • 2 years of experience in recruiting or related area
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related area, or an additional 2 years of training/experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with recruiting software; ATS, CRM, event management and other screening/scheduling automation software.
  • Excellent candidate and hiring manager service skills.
  • Moderate travel may be required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
