WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a regional Compensation Operations Analyst that will ensure efficient and effective compensation operations for the Americas across Nike, Inc. in accordance to Nike’s compensation policies, processes and in compliance with local statutory regulations! The candidate needs to have excellent analytical skills, experience supporting HR programs, proficiency in Excel, strong communication skills and attention to details.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be working with the compensation team to execute compensation programs that require specialized knowledge of compensation transactions in SAP. Generate compensation reports for data audit and analysis purposes. Administer local compensation and business programs (i.e. retail incentives). Provide relevant training to internal partners and develop FAQs and other resources for HR Advisors. Communicate compensation program updates to cross functional partners (i.e., other HR Direct teams and HRBPs). Partner with Global Comp Ops, HRBPs and COE on compensation program delivery and follow-up on any compensation issue escalations. Deliver service excellence to employees, Managers and teammates by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to all calls, emails and CRM Tool (Service Now) issues concerning compensation programs. Review current compensation operational processes and tools, recommend improvements and document processes. Recommend solutions to customer service issues and identify process opportunities. Conduct compensation system testing. Participate in regional Compensation operational projects.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be reporting into the Americas Compensation Operations Manager. You will be a crucial team member on the Americas Compensation Operations team and supporting the programs under their scope. Working with our regional partners, Global Comp Ops, HRBPs, COE and program vendors.

 

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelors Degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training in HR.
  • Three (3) years or more experience in HR. Preferably HR operations.
  • One (1) year or more compensation/total rewards experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
  • Looking for a great teammate who is energetic, solutions focused, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Analytical experience at a global company preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and use of formulas with large data sets.
  • Able to multi task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline.
  • Able to identify, analyze and solve issues in straightforward situations.
  • Capable of making decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work.
  • Experience with SAP and/or Workday preferred.
