WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a HR Business Analyst to support the Nike HR Core Operations team with delivering world class support for our employees! Our team serves as the HR front-line that delivers our HR programs and supports our employees with their total rewards, payroll, and HR data needs. We are passionate about providing Nike Talent with the best employee experience and welcome talent with the same passion. We are searching for a natural problem solver with knowledge of how HR processes can be designed using Workday and ServiceNow as well as knowledge of how global HR call centers provide world class employee support.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this position, you will work with our HR functional leaders across the globe to identify compliance, program, technology, and policy requirements that impact our HR operational processes. You will work along-side our leadership team to design standard processes and tools for our HR call center, support with gathering business requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver process and technology changes across our centers and vendors.

A typical day on our team includes collaborating with teams across the globe, analyzing changes to our HR processes and technology, building relationships with our Nike teammates, designing new ways of working for our HR call center and functional teams, and planning for the future of HR Core Operations with our HR leadership.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will collaborate with our HR Project Managers, our HR Functional Leaders, and our HR Technology teams. Alongside our HR Technology team, you will influence the evolution of our future Human Capital Management solution and our ServiceNow functionality. You will also collaborate with our HR call center leaders to drive consistency and standard ways of using our HR technology to drive an excellent employee experience.

 

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 2 years experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
  • 4 years of experience with High School diploma or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
  • Directly relevant work experience. Postgraduate certificate or degree would be a plus
  • Proven experience planning and executing projects
  • HR experience preferred
  • Workday HR experience preferred
  • Background with exposure/experience in contact center design, and process design
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions; ServiceNow preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical issues/solutions in business terms aligned to the business process
