WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an experienced HR Operations professional with understanding of HR technology, CRM solutions, Technology deployment processes, and HR processes! This team serves as the HR front-line that delivers our HR programs and supports our employees with their total rewards, payroll, and HR data needs. We're passionate about providing Nike Talent with the best employee experience, and welcoming talent with the same passion! We are searching for an HR professional with knowledge of how HR Operational processes can be designed and deployed using HCM Systems and ServiceNow.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You'll partner with our HR functional leaders across the globe to identify compliance, program, technology, and policy requirements that impact our HR operational processes. You will manage a team of 10-12 Nike employees through gathering business requirements, testing, and deployment management for key HR technology changes. You will also lead key project activities, design standard processes, and guide our Operations team through technology changes across our centers and vendors.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will collaborate with our HR Project Managers, HR Functional Leaders, and our Technology teams. Alongside our Technology teams, you will influence the evolution of our future Human Capital Management solution and ServiceNow functionality for our HR Operations team. You will also partner with our HR call center leaders to drive consistency and standard ways of using our HR technology to drive an excellent employee experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Collect detailed process and technology requirements to support the design of future-state service processes
  • Plan and drive the execution of key project activities such as training, content development, operations design, service dress rehearsal, cutover, etc.
  • Plan design workshops and coordinate the collection and maintenance of design decisions made by leadership
  • Work with leadership to identify and monitor project metrics
  • Gather data points and develop recommendations for key project decisions related to the design of operations, Workday and ServiceNow processes.
  • Identify and support with managing project risks, issues, and key action items. Partner with leadership to recommend solutions to project blockers and impediments to team progress
  • Create content for the agents in our functional areas to provide direction on changes impacting their functional areas.
  • Plan testing activities for HR Operations and track the development of test scenarios, test scripts, and success criteria for positive and negative testing
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
  • At least 4 years of demonstrable experience in Human Resources
  • Experience coordinating global HR technology projects including requirements gathering, solutioning, testing, cutover, and service dress rehearsal
  • Workday experience required, SAP experience preferred
  • Background with exposure/experience in HR Operations process design
  • Experience managing a global team
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, preferably ServiceNow
  • Understanding of functional areas across Human Resources and how HCM supports them
  • Understanding of metrics used to measure production across operations
  • Demonstrable ability to explain technical issues/solutions in business terms aligned to the business process
